Above the clouds: wedding in a Castle in Sicily

There're so many castles in Sicily, but Larisa and Sergey fell in love with the Venus Castle in Erice and chose it for their wedding ceremony! This magnificent castle is situated on the top of  700 meters mountain, and it literally touches the clouds! Two thousand years ago there was an ancient temple dedicated to Venus, the goddes of love and beauty, so could there be a better place to exchange the wedding vows?!

Here're some photos of that beautiful wedding day, that started in an elegant palace in the center of Trapani, followed by a symbolic wedding ceremony in Erice, and concluded with a romantic walk on sunset among the windmills in Saline di Trapani and a cosy wedding dinner for the closest friends.
